At this conference, one or more sessions will assist you in meeting the educational prerequisite requirements. All such sessions have been clearly labeled with the CLM logo. Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

CPE Sponsors The Association of Legal Administrators is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to:

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

The Association of Legal Administrators certifies that the 2016 Annual Conference & Expo has been approved by the State Bar of California for 14.5 hours for MCLE, including one hour in the area of Competence Issues.

MCLE/Other States
Credit may be available in other states but cannot be guaranteed. In all states, accreditation is dependent on individual state guidelines and filing regulations.

HR Certification Institute (HRCI)

The 2016 Annual Conference & Expo has been pre-approved for 13.5 hours of recertification credits including 5 Business hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.

The Association of Legal Administrators is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. This program has been pre-approved for 13.5 PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
